In 2005 a big fire destroyed our pension. With a lot of trouble we built up again our residence.
The house is on the sunny site, 830 m across the sea.

The house enjoys a sunny slope position at 830 above sea level with a view of the Dolomites. The accommodation offers double rooms and 5 comfortable holiday apartments for 2-8 people with shower, WC, satellite TV, phone, safe, bed linen and cutlery/crockery.

Every double room and apartment has a balcony to enjoy the beautiful horizon of the dolomites.

But this is not all; in our residence you can find also a swimming pool, sauna, solarium, elevator and smooking-area.

Also a big parking space is free available.

Wellness
Enjoy our wellness oasis. After a long day you can enjoy our Infrared- and or steam sauna. Furthermore we offer a solarium and a splashing shower.

Sprae Time
The village Villanders is very famous for the beautiful foothpaths (also for childrens) and for the cross-country skiing pists on the alps.

Restaurant – Pizzeria
Let us spoil you with our varied choice of pizzas, and enjoy specialities from our restaurant menu with traditional, local dishes. We also serve snacks.
