Living and sleeping
"Those who follow the call of silence, find the true nature of being"

Comfort all around
We have furnished our comfort rooms using local wood and with a lot of love for detail. A good sleep refreshes your senses.
Our comfortable hotel bar is a popular meeting place to discuss the adventures of the day, to enjoy an Espresso, a strawberry distillate or some Grappa.

Swimming fun for all ages
The best therapy for weary muscles after an active day is swimming in our indoor pool with a constant water temperature of 29°. Pure relaxation! Whether you are an "early bird" swimmer or you prefer to swim later in the evening - here it is all possible.

Those who want to swim far distances can use the counter-current facility.

Hiking paradise in the National Park
From a glacier to the vines

The Martello Valley is an ideal hiking area from spring until late autumn.
Thanks to the mild climate you can already hike and walk towards the spring sun in April. The valley offers more than 220 kilometres of quality and sign-posted hiking paths ideal for families. Those who prefer higher altitudes can conquer mountains of up to 3,000 metres in height without having to cross glaciers. Hiking to Cevedale Peak,to Cevedale Mountain or to the Venezia Peaks can become an unforgettable adventure when accompanied by experienced mountain guides.
Experience the sunrise from close up.

Cross-country skiing and biathlon
The Martello Biathlon Centre is located at 1,700 m above sea level to the rear of Martello. Due to its altitude it is considered one of the most snow-safe areas in the entire Alpine region offering snow from November to the end of March.

Snow-shoe hiking is a pleasurable hike through snowed-in valley, in peace and solitude without being tied to certain routes. Since the construction of snow-shoes prevents sinking into the snow, you can discover any terrain.

Ski-tour paradise Martello Valley
Connoisseurs call the Martello Valley an Eldorado for ski tourers.  This fascinating side valley of the Venosta Valley offers tours for all levels of difficulty. Everything is possible: from demanding glacier tours to easy ski tours to panoramic view points.

In the heart of the Ortles Ski Arena
The Venosta Valley offers four major ski resorts. One is Belpiano, Malga San Valentino and Vallelunga, the other Watles around Malles, and the third is the Solda ski resort with Trafoi, and the Senales Valley with its glacier cable car.
