Our new apartments in South Tyrolean style offer a fantastic view of the Vinschgau Valley. They all have south-west balcony or roof terrace, separate bedroom, living room, bath/WC, bedsitting room, kitchenette, coffee maker, water boiler, fridge, electric cooker,  satellite TV, safe, lift and are all handicapped accessible. Unlimited variety
The Vinschgau Valley is an extraordinary hiking paradise which is directly situated in front of our door. Enjoy spring hikes along the sun mountain, while winter sports fans still go skiing on the other side of the valley. Walks on the numerous paths along the little streams, hikes to mountain huts and peaks and even glacier tours to the Ortles are possible… There really are unlimited possibilities! Beautiful hours in good company or a typical Tyrolean snack at the mountain hut will guarantee unique hiking experiences. We will be glad to give you information about lift plants, cable-cars, opening hours, etc. ...

Mountain biking in the Vinschgau Valley
Thanks to its 300 days of sun per year the Vinschgau Valley is a real paradise for mountain bikers. The sun-drenched sun mountain is snow-free nearly all year, while the shady Nördersberg mountain offers many still quite unknown bike tours along lonely forest roads and trails. The Via Claudia Augusta cycle route from Lake Resia to Merano offers a unique variety with a difference in altitude of more than 1000 metres – "From the glacier to the vine" is more than just a slogan.
